Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website vizzionventures.com and the purchase of services from Vizzion Ventures Inc. ("Vizzion Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any service or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Vizzion Ventures Inc. is a venture studio providing digital product strategy, design, and development services, including the Venture Blueprint, Launch Sprint, and Venture Partner offerings described on our website. You can reach us at info@vizzionventures.com.

2. Services and Deliverables

Each service we sell has a defined scope, deliverable, and delivery timeline, as described on our website and confirmed in a written proposal before work begins:

• Venture Blueprint (USD $295, one-time): a strategy session and written report, delivered within 7 business days of the strategy call.
• Launch Sprint (USD $4,900, one-time): a 6-week product design and build engagement, with the timeline confirmed in your proposal.
• Venture Partner (USD $2,500 per month): an ongoing monthly subscription for product and growth support, billed monthly in advance.

No engagement begins until you have approved a written proposal stating the scope, price, and timeline.

3. Payments

All prices are stated in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Vizzion Ventures Inc. does not store your full card details on its own systems. One-time services are payable before work begins unless the proposal states otherwise. The Venture Partner subscription is billed monthly in advance to your payment method on file and renews automatically until cancelled.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights are described in full in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: one-time services may be cancelled for a full refund before work begins; the Venture Partner subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide timely feedback, materials, and approvals reasonably needed to deliver your engagement. Delivery timelines are paused while we await required input from you. You confirm that any materials you provide to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables produced specifically for your engagement are assigned to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, and grant you a perpetual license to use them as embedded in your deliverables. We may reference completed, non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for purposes of the engagement.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We perform all services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, services are provided "as is" without other warranties. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or investment result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement in writing if the other party materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of notice. Amounts owed for work already performed remain payable; any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed will be refunded as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you purchase a service is the version that applies to that purchase. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
